Develop and debug test programs for SoC / analog / RF devices on V93K, UltraFlex and STS8300 platforms, driving production ramp-up and yield improvement.
Design, manufacture and validate CP probe cards and production loadboards, with signal-integrity optimization and multi-site development.
Design and simulate EVB / demo boards and high-speed evaluation boards supporting 112G/224G SerDes, PCIe and other high-speed interfaces.
Develop and maintain regional customers, translate test requirements into one-stop test solutions, and support solution validation with the technical team.
Develop, qualify and manage foundry and OSAT partners; plan and track lead time and capacity from tape-out and packaging prototyping through volume production; monitor foundry progress and yield feedback while continuously optimizing cost and delivery cycles.
